Nanotechnlology involves the study of properties and applications of matter at the nanoscale. It is a multidisciplinary research, which proposes a new approach to conventional technological solutions.
The research in nanotechnology looks for solutions at atomic and molecular scale. The new physical approaches required for the systems handled at this scale, make of nanotechnology a rich playground for scientists working in all fields.
Nanotechnology, and implicitly, Nanoscience are contiuously developing and require a highly cooperative work of scientists with various backgrounds. This has not spread enough in our society and changing this situation is the main goal of the First International Congress on Nanotechnology Ruben Orellana. This conference will gather world leading scientists specialized in diverse fields of Nanotechnology, who will share their knowledge with people involved in industry and academia, as well as the general audience interested in this exciting type of research.
This event will occur at the middle of the world, QUITO – ECUADOR.
